The Hawick Tartan Co takes great pride and care in all the products it offers. All items are quality checked and should be in perfect order at time of despatch. 

If however any product is found to be faulty due to manufacture, it should immediately be returned to the Hawick Tartan Co and it will be replaced.

Products must be returned within seven days of receipt by the person who purchased and paid for the item, along with the original receipt. Any postage costs which have been incurred, will be refunded.
